ETF Fees
ETFS are similar to Mutual funds. The great thing is that can allow a person to diversify at a cheaper price than other stock options. A person can also traded or sell their ETFS throughout the day unlike a Mutual fund. There is also one other major difference with ETFS. They are extremely low cost compared to other investments.
The can be bought and sold at the current market price also. Exchange Traded Funds are not subject to many of the fees that other investments, like mutual funds are subjected to. There will still of course be the purchase fee. Many ETFS do not make the investor pay redemption fees, or management fees. They also have lower distribution fees and fees for accounting. Also while it is not a fee exactly, ETFS have many tax benefits. Because they do not get the investor a lot of capital gains the taxes are not as high.
Keep in find the fees may be a bit different depending on where you purchase you ETFS or how you choose to manage your ETFS.
